Return & Cancellation Policy
- We do our level best to make sure you are satisfied with our products and services.If, for some unforeseen reason you wish to return your order, you may do so within 7 days of delivery and you will get a credit note.
- If circumstances warrant, and you wish to return/exchange the product, then the first-time shipping charges will be free if you decide to return the product. For the second time return/exchange, the shipping charges will be bear by the customer.
- Cancellation is only possible if your order is not shipped. If in any circumstance the order is cancelled, then a credit note will be provided, if the order is pre-paid.

- If you want to return, the product it should be in its original condition, which is unwashed and unworn. Your pickup will be set up, the invoice copy, as well as price tag, should be as it is.
- Customers have to pay an additional 20% of the purchase price if they choose Customization or a 4xl plus size or larger.

- It takes 3 to 4 working days (after the product is shipped) for the shipment to reach Metro cities in India.
- Up to 7 working days (after the product is shipped) to any non-metro locations in India.
- International shipments take 7 to 10 working days (after the product is shipped) to reach Western countries.
- We will provide you with tracking information, once your order is shipped so you can track the real-time progress of your shipment.
Can you ship faster If I am traveling somewhere or have to gift someone?
- You will get an option to redeem your coupon codes on the view cart page. Your bill will be adjusted once you redeem your coupon code.
When a product is defective or damaged?
- Yes, since our products are made in-house, we do take special requests to expedite certain orders. We can’t guarantee but rest assured, we will always try our best to accommodate any urgent orders.

- A customer must make a video while opening the package, it’s required for the verification of any kind of defect or damage.
- Neofaa takes complete responsibility for any defective or damaged product delivered to the customer. Once, the verification is done, a customer is eligible for exchange or we shall provide a coupon code for the same amount.
- The verification process would complete once we receive the product.
- Any kind of defective/damaged replacement request won’t be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.
